طراحی الگوی کیفیت‌بخشی درس کارورزی با رویکرد برنامه‌ریزی آموزشی مبتنی بر نظریه داده‌بنیاد

چکیده

هدف پژوهش حاضر طراحی الگویی جامع برای کیفیت‌بخشی درس کارورزی دانشجومعلمان دانشگاه فرهنگیان با اتکا بر رویکرد برنامه‌ریزی آموزشی و نظریه داده‌بنیاد است. این پژوهش از نظر هدف کاربردی و از حیث ماهیت، کیفی و مبتنی بر نظریه داده‌بنیاد نظام‌مند (اشتراوس و کوربین) انجام شد. مشارکت‌کنندگان شامل ۲۴ نفر از استادان دانشگاه فرهنگیان، معلمان راهنما، مدیران مدارس و دانشجومعلمان بودند که به‌صورت هدفمند و با روش گلوله‌برفی انتخاب شدند. داده‌ها از طریق مصاحبه‌های نیمه‌ساختاریافته و تحلیل اسناد گردآوری و با کدگذاری باز، محوری و انتخابی تحلیل شدند. اعتبار یافته‌ها با استفاده از معیارهای اعتمادپذیری، باورپذیری، تأییدپذیری و انتقال‌پذیری بررسی شد. نتایج نشان داد الگوی کیفیت‌بخشی کارورزی شامل ۱۳۲ کد باز و ۲۷ کد محوری در قالب شش بُعد پارادایمی است. پدیده محوری بر پیوند نظریه و عمل، تعامل دانشگاه و مدرسه و تسهیل‌گری نقش معلمی تأکید دارد. راهبردهای کلیدی شامل تمرین معلمی، بازنگری برنامه درسی، نظارت عملی و ایجاد مدارس کارورزپذیر است که به پیامدهایی چون تربیت معلمان حرفه‌ای و بهبود کیفیت تدریس منجر می‌شود. کیفیت‌بخشی کارورزی زمانی محقق می‌شود که برنامه‌ریزی آموزشی، توازن مؤثری میان یادگیری نظری و تجربه عملی در محیط واقعی مدرسه برقرار کند.
