تبیین نقش فرهنگهای سازمانی در بازتعریف مأموریت دانشگاههای معاصر در جهت کارآفرینی آموزشی

هدف این پژوهش تبیین نقش فرهنگهای سازمانی در بازتعریف مأموریت دانشگاههای معاصر در جهت تقویت کارآفرینی آموزشی است. این پژوهش با رویکرد آمیخته اکتشافی–تأییدی انجام شد. در مرحله کیفی، با ۲۲ نفر از مدیران دانشگاهی، اعضای هیئت علمی و خبرگان آموزش عالی دانشگاههای تهران مصاحبه نیمهساختاریافته انجام و دادهها با روش نظریه دادهبنیاد تحلیل گردید. در مرحله کمی، پرسشنامهای محققساخته بر اساس یافتههای کیفی طراحی و در میان ۳۲۰ نفر از اعضای هیئت علمی و مدیران دانشگاهی به روش تصادفی طبقهای توزیع شد. تحلیل دادهها با استفاده از مدلیابی معادلات ساختاری و نرمافزار SmartPLS صورت گرفت. نتایج نشان داد فرهنگ نوآورانه بیشترین اثر مثبت را بر بازتعریف مأموریت دانشگاه دارد، در حالی که فرهنگ سلسلهمراتبی اثر منفی معناداری نشان داد. همچنین بازتعریف مأموریت تأثیر بسیار قوی و معناداری بر کارآفرینی آموزشی داشت. نقش رهبری کارآفرینانه و فرهنگ مشارکتی نیز در هر دو سطح مأموریت و کارآفرینی آموزشی تأیید شد. نتایج بیانگر آن است که تحول کارآفرینانه دانشگاهها بدون بازسازی بنیادهای فرهنگی و بازتعریف مأموریت سازمانی امکانپذیر نیست و فرهنگ سازمانی بهعنوان زیربنای راهبردی این تحول عمل میکند.
