This study aims to examine the role of cloud technologies and digital platforms in enhancing organizational learning systems by identifying conceptual models, knowledge mechanisms, and innovation outcomes within the context of digital transformation. This research employed a qualitative systematic review design. Data were collected from 19 scholarly articles published between 2018 and 2025 across databases including Scopus, ScienceDirect, SpringerLink, IEEE Xplore, and Google Scholar. Thematic analysis following Braun and Clarke’s (2006) six-step framework was performed using NVivo version 14. Article inclusion criteria involved thematic relevance to cloud computing, digital platforms, and organizational learning, publication quality, and full-text availability. The thematic analysis revealed four main themes: “Technological Infrastructure for Organizational Learning,” “Platform-Based Knowledge Transfer Models,” “Cognitive Agility and Adaptive Learning,” and “Cloud-Based Organizational Innovation.” Findings indicated that cloud technologies enhance learning accessibility, reduce infrastructure costs, and foster organizational flexibility. Furthermore, digital platforms act as mediators facilitating knowledge interaction and fostering a culture of collaborative learning. Cognitive agility combined with cloud-driven innovation was found to strengthen adaptability and learning sustainability within organizations. Cloud technologies and digital platforms serve not only as technological tools but also as transformative enablers of organizational learning. By establishing data-driven knowledge networks, they institutionalize continuous learning and stimulate innovation. This study provides a conceptual framework for understanding the synergistic impact of technology and learning, offering insights for educational policy-making and knowledge management strategies in modern organizations.
