واکاوی الزامات اجرایی برنامه درسی تلفیقی آموزش طبیعتگرایانه و آموزش دیجیتال در دوره اول ابتدایی: پژوهشی مبتنی بر سنتزپژوهی و تحلیل مضمون

این پژوهش با هدف شناسایی مؤلفهها و تبیین الزامات اجرایی برنامه درسی تلفیقی آموزش طبیعتگرایانه و آموزش دیجیتال در دوره اول ابتدایی انجام شد. این پژوهش از نظر هدف، کاربردی و با رویکرد کیفی مبتنی بر راهبرد تحلیل مضمون انجام گرفت. مشارکتکنندگان شامل ۱۶ نفر از متخصصان و صاحبنظران (اساتید برنامهریزی درسی و فلسفه تعلیم و تربیت) بودند که تا مرحله اشباع نظری مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. دادهها در سه سطح توصیفی، تفسیری و فراگیر کدگذاری و تحلیل شدند. نتایج تحلیل دادهها به شناسایی هفت گام کلیدی به عنوان الزامات اجرایی این برنامه درسی منجر شد. این الزامات عبارتند از: ۱) توجه به ویژگیهای رشدی، عاطفی و شناختی دانشآموزان؛ ۲) اصلاح نگرش نسبت به رابطه طبیعت و فناوری؛ ۳) شکلگیری مثلث تعاملی “مدرسه، خانه و محیط”؛ ۴) توجه به بسترهای سختافزاری و نرمافزاری؛ ۵) ارتقای صلاحیتهای حرفهای معلمان؛ ۶) توانمندسازی معلمان در ابعاد پشتیبانی و سازمانی؛ و ۷) اصلاح ساختار نظام آموزشی در سطح نهادی و مدیریتی. این گامها نشان میدهند که موفقیت این الگو نیازمند یک نقشه راه جامع از سطح خرد (دانشآموز و معلم) تا سطح کلان (ساختار و مدیریت) است. پیوند آموزش طبیعتگرایانه و دیجیتال جهت پیشگیری از پیامدهای رویکردهای تکساحتی امری گریزناپذیر است. با این حال، اجرای این برنامه بدون توجه به الزامات اجراییِ چندبعدی، از ویژگیهای رشدی دانشآموزان گرفته تا توانمندسازی معلمان و اصلاحات ساختاری، با شکست مواجه خواهد شد. ازاینرو، الزامات هفتگانه شناساییشده میتواند به عنوان یک الگوی عملیاتی کارآمد برای سیاستگذاران و طراحان آموزشی مورد استفاده قرار گیرد.
