طراحی و اعتبارسنجی الگوی بومی مدیریت دانش در دانشگاه و تأثیر آن بر بهرهوری اعضای هیأت علمی

هدف این پژوهش، طراحی و اعتبارسنجی یک الگوی بومی مدیریت دانش و تبیین میزان تأثیر آن بر بهرهوری پژوهشی، آموزشی و خدمات تخصصی اعضای هیأت علمی است. پژوهش با رویکرد آمیخته (کیفی–کمی) انجام شد. در فاز کیفی، از مصاحبه نیمهساختاریافته با خبرگان دانشگاهی و تکنیک دلفی برای شناسایی ابعاد و شاخصهای مدیریت دانش و بهرهوری استفاده گردید. در فاز کمی، دادهها از ۱۸۳ عضو هیأت علمی دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی منطقه ۸ با پرسشنامه محققساخته گردآوری شد. روایی و پایایی ابزار با تحلیل عاملی تأییدی مرتبه اول و دوم تأیید گردید و روابط علّی با مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری به روش PLS تحلیل شد. تمامی ابعاد مدیریت دانش اثر مثبت و معناداری بر بهرهوری اعضای هیأت علمی داشتند. عوامل توانمندساز قویترین پیشبینیکننده هر سه بعد بهرهوری بودند (β پژوهش=0.267، β آموزش=0.174، β خدمات=0.235). سازماندهی و ذخیره دانش بیشترین اثر را بر آموزش (β=0.304)، بکارگیری دانش بیشترین اثر را بر پژوهش (β=0.248) و اکتساب دانش بیشترین اثر را بر خدمات تخصصی (β=0.225) نشان داد. شاخصهای برازش مدل در سطح مطلوب گزارش شدند. الگوی بومی مدیریت دانش ارائهشده، مدلی معتبر و کارآمد برای ارتقای بهرهوری هیأت علمی است و نشان میدهد که بهبود زیرساختهای توانمندساز و توسعه نظاممند چرخه مدیریت دانش میتواند عملکرد دانشگاهها را بهطور پایدار ارتقا دهد.
