This study aims to develop and explain a novel model of human resource empowerment based on technical skills development in the automotive industry. This applied research adopts a mixed-methods design; the qualitative phase employed grounded theory with semi-structured interviews of 15 experts, while the quantitative phase involved 375 employees of Saipa Automotive Company using a 153-item researcher-made questionnaire, analyzed through structural equation modeling with SPSS and LISREL. The results indicate that human resource empowerment is influenced by five key dimensions: causal factors, contextual factors, intervening conditions, strategies, and outcomes; model fit indices confirmed adequacy (RMSEA<0.09, χ²/df<3), and both convergent and discriminant validity were supported, demonstrating statistically significant relationships among constructs. The proposed model provides a comprehensive and empirically validated framework for enhancing human resource empowerment in the automotive sector through systematic development of technical skills.
