ارائه الگوی ممیزی رهبران آموزشی خردمند

هدف پژوهش حاضر طراحی و تبیین الگوی جامع ممیزی رهبران آموزشی خردمند بر اساس شناسایی ابعاد و مؤلفههای اصلی خردمندی در رهبری آموزشی بود. پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف بنیادی و از نظر روش کیفی با رویکرد تحلیل محتوای کیفی انجام شد. جامعه پژوهش شامل اساتید رشته مدیریت آموزشی کشور بود که با استفاده از نمونهگیری هدفمند و ملاکمحور تا دستیابی به اشباع نظری، 21 نفر انتخاب شدند. دادهها از طریق مصاحبههای عمیق و غیرساختاریافته گردآوری شد. برای تضمین اعتبار دادهها معیارهای اعتبارپذیری، انتقالپذیری، تأییدپذیری و اطمینانپذیری به کار گرفته شد. تحلیل دادهها با استفاده از کدگذاری باز، محوری و انتخابی و با بهرهگیری همزمان از رویکردهای قیاسی و استقرایی انجام گرفت. نتایج نشان داد الگوی ممیزی رهبران آموزشی خردمند شامل نه بُعد اصلی است: تصمیمگیری چندمعیاره، تصمیمگیری موقعیتمدار، بینش اخلاقی، برندسازی آموزشی، برنامهریزی راهبردی، توسعه سرمایه مدرسه، توانمندسازی، توسعه فناوری آموزش و توسعه تفکر سیستمی. این ابعاد مجموعهای منسجم از مؤلفههای اخلاقی، مدیریتی، سازمانی و فناورانه را شکل میدهند که امکان ارزیابی جامع میزان خردمندی رهبران آموزشی را فراهم میسازد. الگوی ارائهشده چارچوبی نظاممند برای سنجش، ارزیابی و بهبود خردمندی رهبران آموزشی فراهم میکند و میتواند بهعنوان مبنایی علمی برای ارتقای کیفیت رهبری، توسعه حرفهای مدیران آموزشی و بهبود عملکرد نظامهای آموزشی مورد استفاده قرار گیرد.
